A Celebration of Truffle

Inspire by our local producers and the fare they farm, Brave Goose Vineyard presents a dinner celebrating Australia's first white truffle grown by local truffiere growers Peter and Deborah Stahl. 

Hear direct from producers in this interactive showcase of our local delicacy and connect with food like never before as you learn about the produce in a true paddock to plate degustation.

The formal black-tie evening will take place in Brave Goose Vineyard's majestic shearing shed,  with paired wines from the label to be matched with each course. Hear from Brave Goose winemaker Nina Stocker whose vision to innovate goes against the grain, and even the grape, as you sip on her critically acclaimed, revolutionary wine.
