About the Event
Join us at the Brave Goose Vineyard for a year-long winemaking journey through three immersive sessions: Harvest & Crush (Mar - date TBC) where you'll pick grapes, crush them, and start fermentation, and enjoy a vineyard lunch; Pressing & Barrel Down (Apr - date TBC) to press grapes, taste young wine, and fill barrels; and Bottling & Celebration (12 months later) to collect your wine and celebrate on bottling day.
