Viognier

Fragrant and scented, with hints of apricot, musky blossom, and chamomile. The palate is smooth and refined, with a gentle phenolic backbone. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed followed by barrel fermentation to enhance the texture, and floral aromatics. The finish is very long and satisfyingly aromatic.
