Grown in the weathered ironstone foothills of the Tallarook Ranges, Central Victoria, the Brave Goose range includes the flagship Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot and Viognier. Wines are made in a traditional style, with minimal intervention, focusing on elegance and balance. Red varieties undergo open-top fermentation, with a mixture of wild and inoculated yeasts, followed by gentle pressing, and maturation in French oak barrels.
Viognier, the hero of France's Rhone region, captures the poise and power of this textural variety that is both versatile and complex.
